Understanding The Leads
When you acquire a Lead from Herbal-Leads.Net, you are buying the rights to contact and work with that person for a period of 45 days. A Lead is the name, phone, email address and/or other details of individuals which could be potential customers. Our leads come from a partnership with a co-registration lead provider, and are exclusive leads for a period of 45 days. Our current advertising campaign is promoting Herbalife products by name, and you will need to provide your leads with a free product sample after you've made contact with them.
What Are "Retail" Leads?
The two most common types of leads are Retail Leads, and Business Opportunity (or simply Biz-Op) Leads. Retail Lead providers try to find individuals who are interested in purchasing products, whereas Biz-Op Leads are leads who may be interested in starting their own home business. Our Leads Are Exclusive For 45 Days
Our leads will not be resold to other Independent Herbalife Distributotrs. This means that you don't have to worry about the lead already being contacted by another distributor. You have complete rights to the lead for 45 days. Of course, if the lead requests to be removed from your email list or phone list, you will need to honor that request.
Additionally, if a lead becomes a reordering customer, you have the right to continue to work with that person as long as they are your customer.
After 45 days, the leads will again become property of HLN.
Lead Replacement Policy
Herbal-Leads.Net will provide replacements for those leads that are proven to have a faulty telephone number and email address. To qualify for a replacement, the lead must be returned via the "Report Bad Lead" link within 5 days of the delivery of that lead.
