Phone Script-Initial Follow-Up
Hello, is (name) there? Hi (name), this is (Helen).
You were on one of our websites earlier and had requested some information about our FREE (weight loss, nutritional supplement, energy) sample products. However, before we ship the samples, I need to ask you a few questions and give you some additional information.
Name), do you have a moment? (If they don’t have time, ask when the best time is to call back)
